Introduction
Rockstar today (09-10-2021) announced that they will be releasing Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition later this year. This will include Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.
Devices Supported and will be Launched first
Rockstar will be launching firstly on consoles and PC. It is likely to get firstly on Sony PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Microsoft Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch. On PC, the game will be available through the Rockstar Launcher.
No exact date was given for the launch other than "later this year".
The most interesting part is that the trilogy will also be released on iOS and Android also soon. Rockstar didn't give much information other than saying that it will be available in the first half of 2022.

Expected Game features:
The Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition will be a complete remastering/ smashup of all three games including "graphical improvements and modern gameplay enhancements for all three titles, while still maintaining the classic look and feel of the originals GTA tradition". The Definitive Edition will replace the original titles as Rockstar will be removing the classic titles next week.

GTA V coming to PS5 and XSX next March
It’s also worth noting that GTA Online is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S next March. Both GTA V and GTA Online will be “expanded and enhanced” for the next-gen consoles. Rockstar says the next-gen versions will feature “a range of technical and graphical improvements across the entire experience including performance enhancements for select vehicles in GTA Online.”
